Heidelberg CD Machine Operator
Required Tasks:
- Prepare the materials in accordance to the production process.
- Operate the machinery, from starting it up to shutting it down.
- Organize a plan to produce the required output directed.
- Work in accordance to industry standards and clealiness.
- Ensure production quality is maximised and consistent throughout working hours.
- Prepare a report at the end of every shift to account for materials used and production output.
Qualifications:
- Have previous experience operating a Heidelberg CD machine.
- Organised and discipined.
- Experienced with color matching packaging products.
Machinery Maintainence
Required Tasks:
- Create a schedule to check every machinery during downtime.
- Create a report after every maintaince session.
- Communicate with each machinery operator and create a plan.
- Ensure daily reports are given to the head of operation.
Qualifications:
- Have previous experience maintaining manufacturing machinery.
- Organised and disciplined.
- Experienced with sourcing mechanical parts and have strong problem solving skills.
